Probe has recently successfully completed its TSB funded NEEDS grant. This project targeted the development and production of a prototype of Probe’s patented NanoEye® monitoring device for neonates and paediatrics.
The company is now actively engaged in the search for funds and partners for the clinical evaluation.
The NanoEye has the potential to radically reform blood sampling for neonates and paediatrics in critical care.
The NanoEye device, capable of delivering a continuous sample, without withdrawing whole blood can ultimately be used for the clinician’s choice of analyte in critical care or in drug studies. NanoEye is one of many applications for Probe’s patented technology.
