Substances pass from the blood across a membrane into physiological fluid flowing through the MicroEye®.
Once in position, substances that are collected from the blood are analysed with an on line sensor.
The MicroEye® is inserted through a conventional 18G venous access device so its tip sits within the circulating blood of the patient.
